we sell our house with a double feeling. on the one hand we are happy that we are going to live bigger. because this house was really too small for the three of us. but we are also going to miss it very much.
the location is really great. the center with all its stores and restaurants is just around the corner, but the raambuurt really has its own character. with an active neighborhood association and community center. we will certainly miss our neighbors. a diverse group, but all friendly and helpful. the doorbell rang several times when one of us left our bike unlocked. and waking up to the smell of fresh bread from the baker next door remains a fine experience.
the house itself is also very nice to live in. the house has a charm that you don't find in newly built houses. we ourselves immediately fell in love with the facade at the time. in our opinion, it exudes a friendliness that perfectly suits the house. not suitable for large parties, but ideal for cozy and cozy. the building comes from the beginning of the last century, but the place has been inhabited since 1400. in that long history, we have had some fine years there and we wish you/you the same!
